What: The 4th of July is when American patriots commemorate the birth of the greatest country in the history of the world.  It is also a fitting occasion for them to view with alarm the outrageousness of President Obama’s decision to nominate as our next UN ambassador Samantha Power, someone who has long reviled the United States.

The Center for Security Policy is sponsoring for this purpose a panel discussion of Power’s fitness to represent a nation she has for decades derided, and sought to subject to international dictates and transnational agendas.  Her radical, post-American views and serial policy misjudgments about the United States, its enemies and its friends – notably, Israel – should disqualify her from serving in this sensitive post.For further background on Samantha Power please consult:
