The New War on Israel

Unbeknownst to most of us, a new war has broken out in Israel. It doesn’t involve any of the armies arrayed against the Jewish State, or even a terrorist group dressed up as a government.

Instead, each day now brings new Jewish casualties at the hands of murderous individual jihadists. They use cars, guns, knives, Molotov cocktails and any other available weapon to maim, terrorize and murder Israelis.

Thus far, the Obama administration has called “on both sides” to “exercise restraint and remain calm.”

In short, the U.S. government is asserting moral equivalence between the victim and the aggressor. That’s all the more reprehensible – and dangerous – since the Palestinian jihadists are undoubtedly being emboldened by Team Obama’s serial demeaning, repudiation and alienation of America’s only reliable ally in the Middle East.
