Shortly after last month’s elections, House Speaker John Boehner was nominated by his caucus to hold the same position in the next Congress.

Since then, however, he has acted as though the American people wanted Barack Obama in the job, not a Republican who would defy him and his radical, “transformational” agenda.

If the Speaker has his way, the President’s unconstitutional amnesty for illegal aliens will stand. And the Obama administration will have all the funds needed to empty Guantanamo Bay, wage its war on coal and allow Iran to get the Bomb.

But John Boehner won’t be Speaker Boehner next year unless he is formally voted into that job in January. Republicans who want to keep their jobs better make sure he does his better over the next two weeks.
