Obama Props Up the Castros and Endangers Our Republic

We have entered a truly dangerous period for our Republic. Last month, President Obama effectively ended the constitutional system of checks and balances by unilaterally remaking U.S. immigration laws.

Yesterday, he unilaterally overturned U.S. statutes embargoing Cuba in order to provide life-support to its communist dictatorship. He cynically waited until Congress had left town for the holidays. But the President is clearly unconcerned that he will be repudiated by lawmakers. After all, nearly three-quarters of the Senate voted last weekend declaring his unconstitutional amnesty to be constitutional.

Unless real opposition develops, expect still worse from Team Obama. Normalization of relations with an Iran it has allowed to become nuclear armed is a distinct possibility. And further, “fundamental transformation” of America will continue to shred our Constitution, embolden our enemies and diminish our country.
