Nicole FerrandMs. Ferrand is a research analyst and editor of "The Americas Report" of the Menges Hemispheric Security Project. She is a graduate of Columbia University in Economics and Political Science with a background in Law from Peruvian University, UNIFE and in Corporate Finance from Georgetown University.

David ReaboiMr. Reaboi assists in the research on the War of Ideas project, and is the Center's website manager. He is a graduate of George Washington University, where he specialized in Cold War and totalitarian ideologies. He is also a jazz historian and musician.

Eric SayersMr. Sayers is responsible for composing the Center's highly acclaimed daily National Security Alert. He is a former intern with the Center, and currently works as a Research Assistant at a think tank in Washington D.C.

Frank Gaffney

Mr. Gaffney is President and founder of the Center for Security Policy. He formerly acted as the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy during the Reagan Administration, following four years of service as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear Forces and Arms Control Policy. Previously, he was a professional staff member on the Senate Armed Services Committee under the chairmanship of the late Senator John Tower, and a national security legislative aide to the late Senator Henry M. Jackson
