Gaffney on Conservative Roundtable

In this video, CSP President Frank Gaffney appears on the Conservative Caucus’ show “The Conservative Roundtable” to discuss the Bush Administration’s plan to push the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) through the Senate.  Mr. Gaffney argues that LOST is a significant infringement of American sovereignty and that it will likely result in both the degradation of our military power as well the transfer of many of our sensitive commercial and military technologies to countries actually or potentially hostile to us.  This is not to mention the panoply of environmental lawsuits to which we will be exposed.
