Today, United States Senators will be voting on whether to uphold the Constitution and faithfully execute their sworn duty to do so.

Of course, those legislators want you to believe they are just voting on the confirmation of Loretta Lynch to be our next Attorney General. But – as former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy notes, since Ms. Lynch told the Senate that she would, as the nation’s top law enforcement officer, support President Obama’s executive amnesty that violates the law and shreds the Constitution – confirming her would make them complicit in this illegality.
