Guess Who’s Helping Jihadist Lawfare in Our Courts?

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

One of the places where jihad – the effort to achieve our submission to the Islamic supremacist doctrine of shariah – is playing out in America is in our courts. A study by the Center for Security Policy earlier this year identified nearly 150 instances across the country in which they were asked to rule on disputes by referring to this barbaric, repressive legal code instead of our own. It’s a judicial practice called “comity.”

Such cases have caused ten states so far to adopt legislation requiring that only American laws be used in our courts where doing otherwise would infringe on constitutional rights.

Meanwhile, with the encouragement of the U.S. government, our courts are also being used to protect governments like Iran and Saudi Arabia from the penalties arising from lawsuits by victims of their terrorism. That’s called outrageous.
