Victoria Coates discusses Democrats’ proposal to change the US nuclear command-and-control structure

Center Senior Fellow Victoria Coates joined One America News to discuss the Democrats’ recent proposal to change the way nuclear weapon launches are handled by the President. The proposal recommends the Vice President and Speaker of the House meet with the President to discuss a nuclear launch, which would alter the current chain-of-command which begins and ends with the Commander in Chief.
